Cross Flow Mixing Tools

The key to a Cooling Mixer is insuring that the material is in constant contact with the Cooling Surface Area of the unit. The Tools (Paddles) are essential in doing so. The Paddles are bolted at the center of the Cooler Arms, which gives stability and balance to the Tools. Reliance Cooler Paddles cover the entire length of the Cooler on both ends of the Cooler Arms. In addition End Scrapers are provided at the End Plates of the unit, insuring that material does not build-up. When build-up occurs, the material acts as insulation from the cooling surface areas, drastically increasing cooling times.
