The Reliance Universal Medium Intensity Mixer Bowl is vertically designed, allowing the mixer tools to sit at the bottom of the bowl. Material is mixed by the tools that are driven through a bottom mount shaft. The bowl can be jacket to allow for the circulation of chill water or hot oil.

In addition, the assemblies can be supplied with features that support easy cleaning. Many applications require frequent change outs throughout the day. To lessen the likely hood of cross contamination Reliance offers options to facilitate cleaning.
