Chopper Assembly

The Reliance Universal Medium Intensity Mixer can be supplied with chopper assemblies to help break down clumps that may occur in the mix. As liquid ingredients are added to batches they can cause material to clump in to balls that are hard to break by the mixers tools. Chopper assemblies facilitate in breaking these clumps to ensure a consistent end product. The blades of the chopper assembly are made out of stainless steel and are run by an independent motor. Multiple Choppers can be added on larger units  .
