Universal Mixers supply a medium intensive mix. The design
of the bowl and tools allows for material to mix in a distributive vortex
flow pattern, insuring your material to homogeneously mix. Clumps can be
broken down with the usage of a chopper assembly which also aids in the
dispersion of all ingredients throughout the batch. Units can be jacketed for
