The High Intensity Mixer Bowls are
jacketed for water or heating media circulation. Our bowls are supplied with Air
Purge Shaft Seals. We have specially engineered our bowls for a Two-Piece design
for certain applications where cleaning and cross-contamination is an issue. As
shown in the image below, we are capable of splitting the bowl in two. This allows
the operator easy access to the mixing tools and allows easy cleaning of the two
halves. In addition our bowls are made with a long knuckle radius, which in turn
makes it easier for material to flow within in the mixer and guarantees a longer
life than a short radius bowl as found with most of our competitors.
