Low Intensity Mixing: 

The purpose of Low Intensity Mixing is to gently move the material so as to have a homogenous mix. The tip speed of the mixing tools will be between 1-3 rpm. Additional tooling maybe needed in such mixing processes to aid in removing clumps and fluidizing the material.

Low Intensity Mixing is needed in many food and pharmaceutical grade applications to distribute ingredients thoroughly.
