Can I order parts by e-mail?

What mixers do you sell parts for?Reliance Mixers sells parts for Henschel, Prodex, Papenmeier, Welex, Henschel Mixers of America, Littleford, and MTI mixers. Please call for any item you need related to pvc mixing machinery. If we do not have the exact parts you need, we may have an equivalent or special order item available.


How long do I have to wait for my parts order?Most orders ship within 48 hours of order placement. Many ship the same day. Custom fabricated units will take longer to ship.


Can you rush my order?Yes, we work with UPS, FedEx, DHL, BAX Global, Lightning Express and others to assure that we can deliver parts as soon as they are available, even “same-day” in many cases.


 Do you ship internationally?Yes, we have customers in many countries throughout the world. We work with the largest freight forwarders to provide the most shipping options. We can ship either by Air or by Ocean freight depending on your needs.


Can I establish credit for parts orders?Yes. We have a credit application you can fill out and return. This process takes a a few days. In the interim, we accept wire transfers and most company checks.


Can you help me find a part even if it is not from Reliance Mixers.?Yes, the parts department personnel have many search tools at their disposal to assist you in finding those hard-to-find items. Give us a chance to save you the time & frustration of searching on your own.


Do you keep records of our past orders?Yes, we can easily let you know the last time you ordered the arms, paddles, or liners for your mixer, as well as any other items you have purchased. We can even view your past Purchase Order numbers.


Are replacement Parts & Service manuals available?Yes, replacement manuals are available for all Reliance Mixers equipment. Reference Manuals can also be supplied for Henschel and Prodex Mixers as well. Call for info.


Do you sell safety equipment?Reliance Mixers is very safety conscious. We have a full line of safety products including; decals, safety switches, guards, safety circuits, etc. Call for information.


Can I get the tracking number for my recent shipment?Yes, just call us and we can provide you the number for you to track at your leisure.


Can I get a quote for new machinery from the Parts Department?Ask your parts associate to get you in touch with the right personnel.


What if I need to return an item?Call (281) 499-9926 and ask for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Follow the instructions on the RGA form. We are happy to accept returns on unused, like-new items. (Restocking charges may apply).


What are your hours?Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, CST.


Can I visit Reliance Mixers?Yes, just call ahead of time to set up a time to visit. We would love to show you what we are capable of!


Do you accept credit cards?Not at this time.
